Confirmed customer complaint. Vehicle makes squealing/rattling noise which is exacerbated while in gear. Inspected belt and found noise to be coming from belt drive and was louder with A/C off. Removed belt and inspected the belt and tensioner. Found that the belt was glazed and required replacment. Tested the tension of the belt tensioner and found that the tensioner did not apply the proper tension. Removed and Replaced the Belt Tensioner and Belt. The noise was no longer present and the vehicle operated as designed.
